I really don't think so. They sell as soon as possible when they get them. Maybe will take a few weeks tops if they get a lot of shares. If you look at the dilution to Dutchess the last few years it hasn't been too bad. Maybe like 10M shares a year or so (off my head). In the past Bob has cleared timed PR's with Dutchess share transfers.
