10M shares is around a month's worth of trades. That's got to have a large effect on share price, no matter how you arrange it.

What was their amount of financing, 5 million? 5 mil/.03 at strike price is 166 mil shares. How long would that take to sell at .06 or so without driving down the price too far? What has been the daily avg volume?
