Not necessarily. Nobody wants to sell all their shares at once regardless of share price. I assume they played a big part in the recent decline of price. If they convert at .03, certainly they want to sell at something above that. 5 million dollars worth of conversions at .03 is a lot of shares, could take years to sell at a decent profit.
