Rosen did not find a way to delay. If he did, it would be filed. Also, they are way past the point for him to find a way to delay, the examiner is approved, most recently they were discussing the scope of the examination which has already been decided on as well.

I think the judge's agressive schedule is beause she knows there is a wealth of DD already known. I personally believe that the examiner is coming in with a foundation of knowledge. He will only need to connect the dots. Regardless, He will not be starting from scratch.
