I think the judge's agressive schedule is beause she knows there is a wealth of DD already known. I personally believe that the examiner is coming in with a foundation of knowledge. He will only need to connect the dots. Regardless, He will not be starting from scratch.

Mr.Susman and the UST have already laid the ground work. All the while Rosen has continued to hang himself with his POS POR's. This is why I believe the examiner will have no problem finishing his job in a timely matter. Only one thing would extend the process and that is examination of Third Parties. Then all ???? will hit the fan.
