MM,I know you are trying to tip-toe thru the SEC minefield. I would be nervous too if I had Lot's of shares to lose. The SEC has put out that statement about permanent injunction against company to mean,they want to wipe out the company and it's shares!! We can go back and forth on the matter but I will tell you what I will do for you. I will write to the prosecutor of this case and try to get an answer.
