Really? Like the prosecutor will discuss the case with anyone... particularly a non-shareholder. Oh, that's right, you do have those 50 shares you're keeping. I'm sure that will make all the difference with the SEC.

So, is this going to be like the phone call you made to Bleckman that you posted about on this board? I emailed Bleckman after you made that claim and he stated no one had contacted him.

I hope you enjoy Crow Pie, because you're way off on what you believe the SEC is going to do with the company shares. I wouldn't be surprised if we see some serious interest in the company over the next few months, and the SEC agreeing to settle for a small sum to save face. This isn't going to fare well for the SEC if the case goes to trial, since those responsible for the crimes have all been convicted separately, and no illegal actions have been conducted by the company since those individuals left. If the SEC believed Sanswire was a scam, they would have revoked the shares shortly after the Wells Notice was issued. That's plainly obvious to anyone, except those who wish to see the company fail, and are hanging all of their hopes on that one single possibility. It is truly sad. It will be interesting to see what this collective group does when the SEC doesn't shut down the company. A lot of whining, I am sure.

Meanmikeca is right... the permanent injunction is concerned with the fraud and illegal selling of shares from past management. This won't be a problem for the company going forward.

I have been collecting some tasty Crow Pie recipes in anticipation of your upcoming meal. When this SEC case is resolved, you'd better be prepared to enjoy the feast.
