yes, i am sure that the sec will seek a permanent injunction against selling unauthorized shares. kind of a foregone conclusion. yes.

but this is not anything like having the shares revoked or that the company will be shut down, is it. it is completely different. and to say an injunction is the same as having the shares revoked or that the company will be closed is really a lie, or at least a stupid mistake. isn't it?

so exactly what is it (the words or phrase the sec used) that makes you think the co. will be shut down/ shares will be revoked?

is there something in the definition of "injunction" that makes you think the sec will put the company out of business?
