They can't pay.

They would have to bring back funds from Switzerland and Singapore. That would trigger SARS reports, which in turn, leads to account numbers.

Plus, they have cash stashed all over. LoCastro once bragged that he had $20 Million offshore...

(B) THE COPY OF THE CORPORATE RESOLUTION AND OTHER DOCUMENTS SENT AT THE SAME TIME FROM ERIE TO MR A. CLIFTON HODGES, ATTORNEY FOR THE CMKM/CMKX VICTIMS, HAD NOT BEEN DELIVERED AS AT THIS POSTING. Specifically:

Question: How long do they keep trying to collect? I thought JE was in custody?
