Pursuant to the Court’s June 24, 2009 Order, Plaintiff Securities and Exchange Commission (“Commission”) files this status report concerning Defendants’ satisfaction of the court’s June 24, 2009 Final Judgment. The Final Judgment required each of the four defendants to pay disgorgement within 10 days.
As of the date of the filing of this status report, none of the defendants has paid any money towards satisfaction of the Final Judgment. The Commission continues its
efforts to collect on the Final Judgment.
