So you're asking us to believe that the price movement we saw today was based on trading less then 1/2 of 1% of the Outstanding Shares?

I agree that evidence seems to favor O/S = A/S. But that evidence is a bit weak. The TA would have to say that it was unauthorized, even if it had been "tweaked" with a billion extra CEDE shares. And merely raising the A/S doesn't prove O/S.

So, I think O/S is high and I believe this strongly enough to be on the sideline. But I don't think this is as clear-cut as you believe.

And I would LOVE it if SPNG came out with O/S = 300mm or so!

The transfer agent refused to say it was incorrect, only that it was "unauthorized".

over, i thought this was already settled, the T/A obviously is not going to say if it is correct or not. If that was the case, you could just use photo shop make 1000 copies and just keep asking till they say it is correct, then you know the OS.

That Screen shot was a fake, i showed an easy way to reproduce it, with what was found on the internet, if you are interested you can look through my old posts.

for them to confirm the TA list they would have to go through each entry to confirm them. why would they spend hours to confirm this for random people calling in when they would just give a standard response that lists are unauthorized. makes no sense
