That T/A list was correct. The transfer agent refused to say it was incorrect, only that it was "unauthorized". I asked them more than once and each time when I would ask, "Are the numbers correct?", they would come back and say, "The list is unauthorized".

Couple that with the constant increases in the A/S and the class b (intended to make sure Mosky and Metter stayed in control) it is easy to see through the fog. The O/S here is near 3 billion. PIke has been buying like a crazed lunatic and he can't move the price in any sort of a lasting way. In fact, he is way down on his money.

The point is that nobody knows the O/S unless they have a source like the TA (someone more reliable that SM) -- and lawsuits and legal proceedings against M and M won't matter much if the O/S is only 300mm and owned by Pike, RM, and SPNG officials.
