I agree that evidence seems to favor O/S = A/S. But that evidence is a bit weak. The TA would have to say that it was unauthorized, even if it had been "tweaked" with a billion extra CEDE shares. And merely raising the A/S doesn't prove O/S.

So, I think O/S is high and I believe this strongly enough to be on the sideline. But I don't think this is as clear-cut as you believe.

And I would LOVE it if SPNG came out with O/S = 300mm or so!
