How many folks objected? Any MAJOR shareholders? The number of shares held could be actually higher

On the November 2, 2009 NOBO, we had 1459 shareholders with 265,366,537 shares that did not object to the release of their information to the company. The November 25, 2009, list presented 1549 shareholders that did not object to the release of information with a total number of shares of 277,611,182. The remaining shareholders object to the release of their information.

Numbers are accurate but not sure why they are important. All shares in the float are considered tradeable. Are you just saying that if all those people hold their shares that the other 50 million will be tough to come by?

I think pr also stated that those shares are held by people that didn't want others to know. Is that incorrect?
