The CUSIP number is just so they can start the subsidiary and start the process of granting shares. We still have a little ways to go, but I don't see any type of delay caused like the original poster was stated.

This Company is Accredited Business Consolidators Corp., however, it hasn't been updated with FINRA. Now that FINRA took over the tasks of NASDAQ OTCQX, name changes and new symbols appear to be taking longer.
