In the information about the CUSIP# they refer to this company as "Accredited Business Consolidations Corp". Doesn't that mean they have already accepted the name change for this company?

I've never received a dividend for shares from a company before...I know it's speculation but what would be a reasonable amount of time from now until we receive this dividend?
