Certainly possible, but I think it's more of a chart looking to consolidate before the next leg up. IMO, it looked a little overbought at around 40 cents. Not saying the fundamentals don't justify that price, but technicals looked overbought. I'd say retrace back to 50 day, and then up.

Leaders of Madagascar's main political movements, who are meeting in Maputo and Mozambique have agreed to set up an interim government and hold elections by the end of next year.

Earlier this month, they signed an agreement which is aimed at returning the country to constitutional rule.

The leaders, including ousted President Marc Ravalomanana and his rival Andry Rajoelina and former presidents of Madagascar, Didier Ratsiraka and Albert Zafy are among those attending talks facilitated by Southern African Development Community mediator and former Mozambique President Joachim Chissano.

The transitional government will be in power until democratic elections are held by the end of 2010.

Yes, the "lemur revolt" caught my eye and I bailed for the time being until things settle down.

Gappa2, URST has mentioned in one of their newsreleases that the company gets along very well with the local authorities.

Because there are few people near the Green Giant and its in a dry savannah, and the vanadium ore extraction is not complex, the environmental constraints are not onerous.

Furthermore, I have never heard or seen a TV news story about unrest and strife on Madagascar...have you?
