fsshon, you make some points that i can personally relate to,
thus my feeling that they can REALLY happen. i cannot get out of my mind, that if jpm successfully appeals itself out of walraths courtroom and emabarrasses her, it is TOTALLY in the realm for her to pick up the phone, and call the next judge and tell him/her "NEVER ALLOW JPM OR FDIC TO WIN!!!!!"
i say this first hand, based on an experience that me, a lowly general contractor at the time had. many yrs ago, a potential client had me quote a huge project, told me i had it, verbally, draw the papers, etc... within two days, someone else had it, and was beginning work. i went ballistic, and the guy said... oh, my wife this, my wife that. i said no problem.
called the building inspector, who of course was greased yearly at christmas time at his residence, apprised him of the situation, and lo and behold, next thing i heard, there was a minor 90 day delay.
point is, funny things happen. lets hope at our behalf !!!!!
