Right click anywhere on the start bar, and select task manager. hopefully it will work. Also have you tried starting in the safe mode? hold down F8 when you start windows.

That is a serious baddie ya got there.

It is blocking all standard methods of removing it.

First, try a system restore to a date before you got it.

If that doesn't work, go to http://pcpitstop.com and do their free virus scan so we can get the virus name.
