Well, I have a problem.

I got a .pif virus from an email.

Now, I cannot access my processes as CTRL-ALT-DEL does not work. I cannot access msconfig as i get a message that another program is using it. As well, Zonealarm shut down, and I cannot get it back. It won't start.

My anti-virus is the same. I get a "XXXX is not a win 32 application". I tried re-installing, but it still didn't work.

I ran spybot, CWShredder and Adaware, but there was nothing there.

Any ideas. Does anyone know how to get to my processes other than CTRL-ALT-DEL?
