I did not say what happened in the past was not a scam -- I am talking about the future. In fact, all that has come out lately is the first I have known about that -- if course I've read the posts on the board over the past years, that is after I invested my money.

As the owner of a successful medical business for 17 years, (one I built from the ground floor and developed over that timeframe) let's take for example a business that has been operating for years and has been losing money the past 5 years -- if the right management is brought on board then that business could turn around and become successful -- is that not correct? Are you saying that could not happen here, I mean with 100% certainty?

I guess I'll be pilloried for this or burned at the stake, at least:

I think it's distinctly unfair to blame Herda for the independent acts of an imbecile. Herda could not have benefited from the transaction and therefore, he was not part of it. Just my opinion.

I know two facts. 1) Technogenius lived in a large house in a very nice neighborhood. 2) He tried to borrow money at the broker's equivalent of a pawn shop. Considered together, these things tell us that he was probably living beyond his means and was not credit worthy.

If you consider the time frame of these incidents, the stock market crash was already in progress. From memory, I recall Mr. Technogenius telling us that "other people" were getting margin calls. Suppose HE had more direct knowledge of margin calls than he admitted to? Suppose HE needed cash to cover them?? Then, suppose HE got knee capped by someone of his own social caste??? It wouldn't be pretty.

I think events are explained satisfactorily by giving full credit to RS. I note that he is no longer an influence on the company so his loss was probably catastrophic. May he live long with a persistent itch...

I know what a real scam looks like; I used to investigate and prosecute them. However, it would seem that, amidst all the noise, there is no real evidence - supposition perhaps, but no evidence; which is what a court of law would require.

Further, your claims of "evidence" seems to not be as readily obvious to the regulators. And, if you wish to argue they would not bother with such a small company, you have no clue - they would love a slam dunk. But, since it seems there is no slam dunk, if you have evidence, please contact the SEC.

If not, you might want to re-check the laws related to libel.

As for MLM, he might be of the highest integrity...but, what evidence do you have that he can run a company? Again, that tricky word - Evidence!
