wellllll....lets see.......I ***think*** I have said for MANY years if ***I*** was in charge, I would have established a methodical share selling program direct from the Co treasury, for the benefit of all shareholders, so they get reasonable market value for the shares, and their equity is built up.....
this would also enable day-to-day Co funding to be a non-issue....
as a BIG side-benefit, this would have removed middlemen, prevented dump events, and most importantly cut down on dilution drastically (Gator, I disagree with one of your points, the antics of the sweetheart deal to DB/RobS are still being felt, all that dilution which benefited the few will always be on the share-count books, its not just a "in the past" problem).....in short, much more bang per share sold for the common shareholder....
that would be priority #1.......but now that so much damage has been done, its a much harder goal.....if this would have been done when the PPS was over .50, over $1, etc, many millions could have been pocketed by the Co treasury......and shareholders would be looking at some nice positive equity......
PS: why don't most penny stocks don't do this???....you tell me.....
