I did not say what happened in the past was not a scam -- I am talking about the future. In fact, all that has come out lately is the first I have known about that -- if course I've read the posts on the board over the past years, that is after I invested my money.

As the owner of a successful medical business for 17 years, (one I built from the ground floor and developed over that timeframe) let's take for example a business that has been operating for years and has been losing money the past 5 years -- if the right management is brought on board then that business could turn around and become successful -- is that not correct? Are you saying that could not happen here, I mean with 100% certainty?
