Honestly MW, when i saw how the parties passed on all of those proceedings/issues, i thought that a settlement could be imminent. I am just guessing though as i have no insider knowledge that such is the case.

I think it is VERY interesting that we passed on the motion to compel production. Isn't that key evidence on the value of our claim, as well as showing contempt on PXD's part for failing to produce?
