Hmm, $500m split 200m PXD, 200m JPM and 100m WSE. For the latter two it is just a footnote in the financials. ( a great deal for JPM if they admit no guilt) For PXD it stings a bit but is survivable. Prorate another $200m in interest and expenses.

Works out to about $10 a share for us.

Is it possible that they withdrew the compel motion in order to take away any possible reason to postpone trial? Just throwing it out there.
