jeffrey, jeffrey, jeffrey I have bought an engine and a transmission and had them put into your car of "negativity". So all you have to do is crank up the engine, put the tranny in gear and step on the case and ease on down the I will ever be back to IDCC highway. Easy pass not necessary.

"Who wants to be in a business where you need sales to decline in order to win?" Good point Jeffree. Excellent. I would assume however, idcc has made some adjustment when accepting fixed fee licensing. As far as the fixed fee versus per unit arguement, you will find a few that will argue idcc has done the most wonderful thing no matter which decision they made, it just happens to be fixed fee at this time. mo. .. nic

doubly applies to qcom. as lte is ofdm and not cdma. cdma is the royal jewels to qcom. i attended an IEEE lte conference years ago, put on by lucent engineers. the first thing they said was that they had to go to ofdm to cut the hostage royalty that "some company had." they also said, they had a chance to go to ofdm at the onset of wcdma, and screwed up.
