If permits are or "HAVE" to be obtained they would go through the BLM Kingman office (Pauls) office, end of story, he will know about it, whether or not the Company says so or not. If they do not need to be applied for, then he may not or won't know. There are possible reasons they wouldn't need permits from his office; i.e., public lands, state or private, etc..

Transparency is needed, I cede that for sure.

So in the mean time, as I see it they will need more to do of those or some of those things necessary in your outline. That said, the JV mentioned in the pr has my curiousity running high, as in a conversation of mine doing DD that term "JV" came up! Not from the company, either. All pertinant information being only what I hear, nothing more than that and all my own opinions too.

All............. They have made Statements. The statements are not Forward looking. They are statements and clear cut.Statements that would put them in a 6X9 cell for 8-12 years. In this air of corruption, it does not matter if your a pinksheet or an Enron, You lie to the American investing public and make deceptive statements to generate revenue you pay by sitting in a jail cell. Now this being said, these Lumb crew know this. I understand everyones apprehension knowing the back ground on these individuals. However, The Company has now made Statements of actions that have taken place or are taking place. Either of which can be easily verified. The get outta jail signature below all PR's will not wipe this out.. Good thing is that the house of cards will be falling very soon for them if they have lied. All of the information they have given can and will be verified by Us. My gut is telling me that We are Not being Grifted. I think this stock goes to five cents as soon as Feb 09. 3 miilion shares at .0004 could change your life if I am right?
