Your post is not 100% correct, they protect themselves with the "safeharbors" statement at the end of each of the PRs. Many pink sheet companies have made very fauls statements in PRs but get away with it. They fall back on the "safeharbors" statement...That is a fact, I as well as others that have been around the pinks see such things all the time.
