No at this time I have not spoken with the Kingman, it is on my things to do list.In the PR HGLC put out on Nov 05, 2008 they stated that they have will be awarding the initial drilling contracts during the course of next week first you don't award a drilling contract before you have approved permits in hand.HGLC stated in the Nov.05 2008 These permits will be filed next week. I also checked and no permits were applied for as of Nov,14 2008.

I for one would have gotten in this one if it was not for the fact that those running it are known for distroying shareholder value and poorly running a business or running an out right sacm, that is why all my DD includes the management, maybe they are trying to change there reputation, but in order to do so they have to be 100% transparent, and I mean 100% so in order for them to do that they should:
1) Name the drilling contractor.
2) Name the Assayer they plan to use.
3) Publish the current condition of all mines.
4) Publish the current Assayers report, even ifthe last one is years old
(this would give an indacation as to the value or potential value of any ore) we all know that mining technology has changed and that what would have not been ecconomicly feesable years ago is now feesable.
5) Post the names and qualifacation of all the Geologists,Engineers, and companies that are working with/for HGLC
6) File for the BLM permits and post the applacations, it then does not take long for theapprovals to come.
7) Name the J/V company that is Acquiring Stock
That would be a HUGE start towards credabilityand transparancy. If they would do or start doing those thing they would not only bring credability they would also attract intrest and investors, as well as those sitting on the side lines.
