All............. They have made Statements. The statements are not Forward looking. They are statements and clear cut.Statements that would put them in a 6X9 cell for 8-12 years. In this air of corruption, it does not matter if your a pinksheet or an Enron, You lie to the American investing public and make deceptive statements to generate revenue you pay by sitting in a jail cell. Now this being said, these Lumb crew know this. I understand everyones apprehension knowing the back ground on these individuals. However, The Company has now made Statements of actions that have taken place or are taking place. Either of which can be easily verified. The get outta jail signature below all PR's will not wipe this out.. Good thing is that the house of cards will be falling very soon for them if they have lied.
