Ok layman I guess hrmmmmmmmmmmm Eugene or some company wants the stock to trade instead of .01 cents to 10 cents or even a dolllar. He has majority vote so we have no say. then people unlike us that deal with larger sized money trades may get in as we are not even being looked at now and short players go away as the shares would increase more slowly. if no one likes QMNM it drops like a rock and we all go APeS@#$T.LARGE GABLE.. Real thing here is that Eugene has all the control over this when most companies send you a proxy to vote for symbol changes or R/S Anyone else maybe can explain better or can correct me??

Again, there will be NO reverse split unless matters get terrible. Per my phone call with Eugene.

This report has nothing in it that should shock anyone that did their DD. It's right on track.

3q report will be a full reversal, IMHO.
