Actually, it was not right on track!

People were claiming the issuance of shares would have reduced debt.

Put the issuance of shares did not reduce debt.
In fact, debt increased.

The issuance of shares with an increase of debt only dilutes shareholder equity.

That would also be my estimation mike. Why would anyone expect Q2 numbers to be good? They weren't even in production by June 30th.
