But why would you raise the shares to 900,000,000 and then reverse split? It makes no sense. I'm not referring to the 2.5 billion authorized. Is there a book in layman's terms that explains this whole issue, including the rules of all this? And don't tell me to read the SEC rules. I said layman's terms. :)
