plfm - I know you asked Jim....but IMO you didn't include the most valuable choice for the shareholders

In your own words what would you like to see happen with this new money?

....negotiate and execute a 5 year minimum 3G (all flavors) subscriber license with Samsung before the 2G money hits our bank.

Can you imagine where we would be now if we concluded a Nokia 3G license at the time of the award of 2G? Can you imagine where we would be now if we had a 3G license with E 5 years ago? We would be at renewal with that one.

I would like to see a dividend as that would bring in a new group of institutions that only buy dividend paying stocks.
