Data, IMO a settlement with either Nokia or Samsung will bring an agreement with ERICY forthwith. We may get all three of them by year end. The Samsung 2G money will add about $3.00 to earnings after tax. Couple that with current earnings and some reduced legal fees going forward and the street will start to get the picture. I say IDCC should see the low 30s by the end of next week.

Oh yea and the shorts will start to feel a little queasy. Can you say Maalox?
