I would like to see them announce a special dividend of approx. $1-2/share. This would really give the shorts a reason to hide as they would have to pay it.

I don't think we'll see it, but it's fun to think of the result!

I would like to see a dividend as that would bring in a new group of institutions that only buy dividend paying stocks.

Those types of funds tend to be focused on investors interested in low risk income producing investments. I cant imagine that they would have much interest in IDCC.
