So revenue could be based on a percentage of NBC negotiated adverising rates rather than per download?

Vista limitation

In the article SKS says they limited it to Vista due to its capabilities to handle video and other feeds. I was not aware that Vista allowed something like this to occur which could not be achieved on XP for example.
