someone is buying 25+ million shares from the old shell.

No proof of that.

that old shell is selling these shares on a daily basis to this pre-determined buyer

No proof of that.

The buyer may have already paid 17 cents a shares to EFFC

This makes absolutely no logical sense. Why would the 'buyer'
buy the shares twice, first from the old shell and second
also pay $0.17 to EFFC?

These shares from old shell must have been converted from restricted to unrestricted with EFFC's approval.

People, a little logical thinking is needed here. From the
Form 15-12g filed by Huppe on 10/16/07 he has already
terminated registration of all of the outstanding shares of
the old shell. Where would these 'old shell' shares come from
now? Are you saying Huppe and company are assisting in
selling unregistered shares now?

Regards.

Well, my opinion so far. This was a promising company and no scam. Top people, a very exciting product and a vision. Then, imo, before the PR with "signed" sales of over 1.5 billions over 6 years, something must have happend. (Patents?) Since then, it´s a usual pinkie, I highly doubt this company is still serious and worth an investment. The price speaks for itself, the silence too. No investor would do a 0.17 financing with an sp at 0.04, it makes no sense.
