Thoughts on recent events:
i have a feeling that there may be a deal where someone is buying 25+ million shares from the old shell. These shares from old shell must have been converted from restricted to unrestricted with EFFC's approval. And that old shell is selling these shares on a daily basis to this pre-determined buyer and that is mostly reported in after hours.. As the old shell is selling the restricted shares to the buyer, it is getting converted to unrestricted, thus increasing the os, and i guess also the float The buyer is being helped by EFFC to keep the pps low. The buyer may have already paid 17 cents a shares to EFFC.. so, RH could have come up with this idea of announcing share cancellation/financing to kjeep the os numbers straight without telling people what is really going on.. Just IMO
