This makes absolutely no logical sense. Why would the 'buyer'
buy the shares twice, first from the old shell and second
also pay $0.17 to EFFC?
These shares from old shell must have been converted from restricted to unrestricted with EFFC's approval.
People, a little logical thinking is needed here. From the
Form 15-12g filed by Huppe on 10/16/07 he has already
terminated registration of all of the outstanding shares of
the old shell. Where would these 'old shell' shares come from
now? Are you saying Huppe and company are assisting in
selling unregistered shares now?
