yaya...

unless of course Wave mgmt carries D&O insurance coverage & the litigators couldn't care less whether the corporation is insolvent by the end of the case or not...

inferring that the presence of class action claims is somehow a bullish sign b/c it must mean that Wave will be rolling in cash someday is sorta circular wavoid logic to justify holding the stock IMO.

if things are in fact so bullish, how do you explain the way the stock has been acting, especially during the frothiest part of the hype season?

btw, many D&O insurance policies have exclusions for willful conduct, some also exclude reckless conduct - fwiw.

(edited) yaya, I seriously doubt that the firms filing these suits know or care whether wave has any future success in store. No way are they betting on the come, in that sense. They'll be quite happy to "extort" a settlement from the insurer(s). Might get a million or two to split amongst the ten (or more?) lawfirms.....and a few pennies apiece for the class plaintiffs.

But I in NO WAY see anything at all bullish about these lawsuits. No way.

Coda Papa Yay,

(your name backwards :-)

The fact that these lawsuits adhere to the PSLRA (Private Securities Litigation Reform Act of 1995) by appointing lead plaintiffs, pleading scienter, etc. makes them more valid, not less valid.

"In an ironic way these suits are bullish..."

Did you forget to add a "t" to that last word? :-)

"...will end up in the dustbin of history where they belong."

Could be.

yaya, they're looking for the D&O insurance if nothing else. I bet insurance compannies just love these guys.
