(edited) yaya, I seriously doubt that the firms filing these suits know or care whether wave has any future success in store. No way are they betting on the come, in that sense. They'll be quite happy to "extort" a settlement from the insurer(s). Might get a million or two to split amongst the ten (or more?) lawfirms.....and a few pennies apiece for the class plaintiffs.

But I in NO WAY see anything at all bullish about these lawsuits. No way.
