The Securities Reform Act of '95 was passsed to deal with these very cases likes Waves. They're a nuiance case looking for a quick shakedown. They must see this tree bearing some fruit soon cause why else bother? Wave has lil or no assets.

In an ironic way these suits are bullish...tho will end up in the dustbin of history where they belong.
