Snackman, as usual you try to twist the point. I didn't dispute WAVE's need for financing... all TWENTY-THREE of them... what I question is the secrecy.

Yes, WAVE needed financing... but I hold SHAREHOLDERS need transparency. We had it. Why do we not have it now?

You know why I think we don't have transparency now? Because when confronted with some of the sleaze bags WAVE was doing business with, they didn't say WHOA, get rid of this riff-raff! Instead, they said, How the Hell did we get caught?

What other explanation makes sense?

Instead of being irked at the shenanigans... their actions show they had known all along. Otherwise, they would have been gracious in hearing the information, took action, and kept transparency.

Just a conjecture in simple child psychology.

Of course, I could be wrong.

What do you think? If I inform and document for you that you are doing business with criminals, will you get mad at me or the criminals?
