Not trying to twist anything, it is what it is. Wave is still in business and I am still invested in a company with tremendous potential.

That's what the SEC is for, to rule over wrong doings from companies in business. Apparently there are things you are not happy with, that's O.K., you are intittled to your opinion.

I believe there are always two sides to a story. I've heard yours. Thank you for that.
