"In any event if the R/S does not not pass. You will not see me talking down my own Investment.."

Nor will I.

I'll be OK either way. Some here get that - some never will.

FFB, first off, I'm not trashing the stock. I'm trashing the proposal. As to what will be done in the event of passage it's already in the works. What I do with my investment, now over two years worth, is up to me.

good morning all. fish, we (most) are trashing jc as we all know what kind of standup individual he is; and we are trashing cb's greed (and any other skeletons he may be harboring) to detriment of us shareholders.

if you disagree with my statements, care to elaborate?

futhermore, those who tooted their horn agianst the rs in some fashion and now have embraced it... well, i think you all blink. is it fear? with that written, of course, i haven't read many postings lately due to work my sched. so i may have missed reasons for the change. this is not a SLAM.

we'll see what these children do when trhe rubber meets teh road in August! LOL!

The rest of you go ahead and bash people you never met adn make up the future in penny land. Hindsight says you should have gotten a CD. That way teh board would have been spared the powerless rants.

Toodles! LOL!

“It's your right to vote as you see fit as a shareholder.”

Thanks for reminding us. While you're at it, remind us again how much of a voice we will have if the company gets what it wants.

I remember as a child watching my father walk a picket line. He and his co-workers never got all of what they wanted, but neither did the company. The interesting thing is that workers got anything at all, because that wasn’t management’s plan.

It is clear to me how my father and his co-workers would vote here. It is also clear to me how John Hancock and his buddies would vote. They wouldn’t (and didn't) roll over and play dead, they wouldn’t (and didn't) vote to lose their voice, and they wouldn’t (and didn't) vote to give absolute power to anyone.

"If I really felt the R/S was going to be the Kiss of Death that so many are predicting. I would sell and never look back. I will say this.. AMEP will be the last OTCBB Stock I own for quite some time.. In any event. At this point in time I will vote my shares for the Reverse Split and will be advise some friends of mine who do not post on any message board how I am gong to vote."

Please do, and be sure to tell them why.

Great post FFB, I agree with your thoughts.

I just don't understand how some can spend so much energy bashing their own investment....and then complain about the pps. It is hard to believe they are really invested. Centainly, any penny stock is a high risk investment, but their distructive bashing is both hurting themselves and other investors. This has gone way beyone constructive analysis and just differing opinions.

well ummmm....that's why the share price is down. a whole lot of people felt exactly that and did exactly that.

also, if ihub was such a great mover of prices, AMEP would've hit dollar land long ago with the constant positive message updates over the past 2 years.

why am i still in amep? thanks to mrditbme and others, i think there's a very good chance this thing really WILL get voted down.
