Hello, Mrditbme.. I understand your reason for voting NO.. It's your right to vote as you see fit as a shareholder.

I do have a question for you and some others who are voting no.

If the Vote goes for the Reserve Split are you still going to come on line and complain all day long and bad mouth your own investment??

Will you sell and move on. You seem so sure the R/S will ruin the company. If it's so bad. Will you sell and move on if the R/S Passes. Why would someone want to own a stock like this..

Me personally if I really felt the way you do about the stock. I would have sold a long time ago.. You seem to like nothing about CB or AMEP..

Keep in mind If the R/S does pass. We are going to need to be able to start to attract some new investors. If CB can get the funds he needs and starts to drill. And does not dilute the stock. We are going to need to attract some new money and investors.

If you were a new investor and you came to this board to get some info on AMEP.. What would your reaction be??

It amazes me that so many are out publicly trashing the stock.
Some seem Hell Bent on trying to bring the PPS back down. I understand how some sold and are looking to buy back in lower etc. I understand how Various Hedge Funds have paid touts to trash or pump the stock.

If the R/S does not pass. And I think it will. Your not going to find me out here talking it down.. I will respect what the majority voted for. I will then decide if owning shares of AMEP is in my best interest.

Lets face it. Most OTCBB Stocks do not have any real serious money buying them,. When I say serious I mean Mutual Funds and Institutional Investors.. It is my hope that in the not to distant future the smaller float along with increasing earnings and revenues will be enough to get the PPS high enough to make a move off the OTCBB Market.

In any event. It still worries me so many are hurting their own investment.. Some just seem to feel the R/S is the Kiss of death. And it very well could be.. On the other hand it just might be the one thing that really gets this on it way to a much higher PPS over the coming months.

I could post all day about the Pros & Cons.. I could trash this stock or pump it like no tomorrow.. I could but I DO NOT.
Why because it does not help..

If I really felt the R/S was going to be the Kiss of Death that so many are predicting. I would sell and never look back.

I will say this.. AMEP will be the last OTCBB Stock I own for quite some time..

In any event. At this point in time I will vote my shares for the Reverse Split and will be advise some friends of mine who do not post on any message board how I am gong to vote. It is up to them to vote how they fell.

In any event if the R/S does not not pass. You will not see me talking down my own Investment.. GLTA. FFB-Fish
