I believe the share holders master list posted by Pedro clearly shows NEW shares being Sold into the market and the New share were issued to 2/3 rd parties

what's so hard to understand ?

the last O/S was 21 Billion and the SEC stated RA issued 21 billion AFTER the last O/S was posted in the usxp SEC filings I gave you the SEC filing showing 21 billion. I also I gave you the SEC statement about the NEW 21 Billion issued

now who should I believe?

You and I both know that the last O/S is 21 billion . You have been displaying false info with nothing to back up your claims to this board for quite some time now and I'm fed up

You are correct that 41B was the last AS shown by the exhibits filed with the contempt filing.

On the contrary, I believe he's demonstrated exactly what he claims. USXP has issued an enormous amount of stock since the end of the last quarter. 15 billion since the summary judgment was handed down. So the o/s is way over 21 billion.
