Prove that the O/S has increased. You and I both know that the last O/S is 21 billion .

On the contrary, I believe he's demonstrated exactly what he claims. USXP has issued an enormous amount of stock since the end of the last quarter. 15 billion since the summary judgment was handed down. So the o/s is way over 21 billion.
