virginian: According to the SEC contempt filing, and backed up by the constant increase of AS for USXP, the OS is at least 36B: 21B was the OS at the end of the first quarter, and RA has issued an additional 15B plus since April 2nd.

You are correct that 41B was the last AS shown by the exhibits filed with the contempt filing.
